For my Hyper Island 2023 application, I created a project to address the problem of increasing screen time, driven by our desire for dopamine. I developed the Dopamine School, an organization that teaches kids, parents, and teachers about healthy screen use. We offer workshops, seminars, and educational materials to show kids the impact of too much screen time, help parents manage their children's screen habits, and provide teachers with tools to teach screen health. By addressing screen addiction, the Dopamine School promotes a healthier use of technology.
